You might remember Josh Gracin from American Idol, he was a fourth place finalist on the second season. Josh, also a former member of the United States Marine Corps. According to People Magazine he reportedly posted an apparent suicide note on Facebook and then nobody heard from him.

“I’ve loved her for 17 years … I made mistakes … I admitted them, told her the truth and she turned her back on me when I needed her … the most … I love you all,” Gracin, 33, reportedly wrote in a post that has since been taken down, according to TMZ. “You have given me the greatest gift. You allowed me to touch your hearts with what I loved to do the most … Please remember me as someone who gave his all in his music … Pray for my family as they carry on in this world without me. Goodbye.”

Police apparently rushed to Josh’s house and his wife Anne Marie said he was on his way home. Josh was reportedly placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold.

You might remember, Josh got a record deal after American Idol in 2004. He had a number one hit “Nothing To Lose”

Josh is married with four children and our thoughts and prayers are with he and his family.
