It is no secret that Jason Aldean is an Alabama fan; after all, on his sultry track “Burnin’ It Down,” he name drops one of his biggest influences.

So it comes as no surprise that Aldean would be working on a future collaboration with the band. This past weekend (Feb. 21) at his sold-out tour date in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena, Aldean treated his audience to a two-song duet with Alabama’s Randy Owen.

According to Country Weekly, Aldean and Owen sang some Alabama songs including a full-band performance of “Tennessee River.” Then, the band went silent as Aldean and Owen performed “My Home’s in Alabama” alone on two acoustic guitars.
