Nashville Celebs Help Wildfire Victims In East Tennessee

Nashville Celebs are stepping up and helping those affected by the wildfires in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. According to Rollingstone.com, Kenny Chesney and the Country Music Association have partnered to donate $500-thousand-dollars to the victims. Also, the Academy of Country Music’s Lifting Lives initiative donated $100-thousand-dollars to Dolly Parton’s My People Fund, which was in return matched by Taylor Swift.

The “Smoky Mountains Rise: A Benefit for the My People Fund” telethon airs Tuesday night on GAC.
